How to Create an Area in Evolve app (Residential /Commercial pest control)


  • Open the Evolve app on your mobile device.

  • Login to the evolve app

    • Username: first&lastname

    • Password: Abc(last4ofSS)!

  • Select the route view based on preference using the button at the top right corner of the evolve display. It looks like two windows overlapping each other.

  • Route views will consist of three viewing options. (Calendar,Timeline, Map) 

  • Select the current service date. The calendar view will prompt you to start on the current date. You will need to scroll up or down in order to find the date of service for the corresponding service order. Timeline and map view will require you to select the date of service by tapping the date that corresponds to the service order.

  • Select the Service Order corresponding with the account in question. 

  • Upon selecting the service order the customer account tab will prompt into view.

  • Select the Log tab which can be found to the right of the customer tab at the top of the screen.

  • Scroll down and select Inspection

  • Select the Green Plus button on the top right of the screen.

  • Once you have tapped the plus button, a cell will appear prompting you to input the specific name to one  area. 

    • Interior 

    • Exterior .

  • In order to input an additional area you will then have to back out of the newly created area. This will put you back into the inspection screen. Where you will then select the green plus button and begin creating the next area.

  • Finished.
