Additional Service Follow Up Evolve
Open Evolve App
Login
Select the Service Order
Select the Log tab
Scroll down to the Follow-up section
Select the plus button on the right.
Select Type
Select Scheduling
Select Assign to
Select DEPARTMENT, FLW-UP (desired department)
Select the Date. (The date that you are submitting the follow up on).
Enter the follow-up details in the section provided.
Your name and tech number.
Explain in detail what the additional service is.
Input how much time is needed for the service.
The account number.
Select “Save” in the top right hand corner.
Examples of Additional services include but are not limited to:
Additional Trap Check
German Roach Follow up
Carpenter Ant Follow up
Bee Treatment Follow up
Fly Treatment Follow up
Any service where additional work/treatment may be needed.
