Replace a Device in Evolve

Replace a Device in Evolve-


  • Open Evolve.

  • Log in.

  • Open the desired Service Order.

  • Time in to service if you haven’t already.

  • Select the Log tab.

  • Scroll down to inspection and select it.

  • Select the barcode on the top right corner of the screen.

  • Scan the device you would like to replace.

  • Select Replace at the bottom left hand corner.

  • Select a reason for replacement .

  • Enter the new device barcode.

  • Select the Replace button.

  • Select No to the question “Is there visible activity”.

  • Select Yes to “New Device - Initial Set Up”.

  • Add any Materials if needed.

  • Ensure the Device is saved properly.

  • Finished
