Replace a Device in Evolve-
Open Evolve.
Log in.
Open the desired Service Order.
Time in to service if you haven’t already.
Select the Log tab.
Scroll down to inspection and select it.
Select the barcode on the top right corner of the screen.
Scan the device you would like to replace.
Select Replace at the bottom left hand corner.
Select a reason for replacement .
Enter the new device barcode.
Select the Replace button.
Select No to the question “Is there visible activity”.
Select Yes to “New Device - Initial Set Up”.
Add any Materials if needed.
Ensure the Device is saved properly.
