Forshaw Order Request
Open the Forshaw app.
Login
Username: email@goanteater.com
Password: goanteater
Select “New Inventory Checkout”
Select the product(s) you need to order.
You can also utilize the search function, at the top of the product list.
Review the product(s) you have selected by clicking the “Only Requested” button on the top right hand corner of the screen.
This allows you to only view the products you have selected.
Once you are content with your order, select the green “Submit Request” button in the bottom center of the screen.
Select “Normal Request” or “ASAP Request” depending on when you are placing your order.
Normal Requests are for your normal scheduled ordering times. These need to be completed before 2pm the day before your department meeting. For example if your meetings are on Monday then you need to have your order completed before 2pm the prior Friday.
ASAP Requests should only be utilized for Add on services or products that would not be stocked on your truck.
ASAP Requests should be used on days that are not your normal product pick up day.
Please make sure you pick up your order on the day you are supposed to get it - If for some reason you cannot make it to the office, let the warehouse manager know so your bin can stay there until you can pick it up
Please do not leave the order for more than 2 days
Canceling an Order
Open the Forshaw app.
Login
Select Pending Checkout
Select the order you would like to cancel.
Select Recall in the top right corner of the screen.
Forshaw will ask if you are sure.
Select OK to complete the order cancellation.
